We are looking for an experienced, motivated Bilingual Spanish Multi-Line Representative to join our growing agency.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospects, following up consistently, identifying insurance needs, and closing business.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Bilingual Spanish Multi-Line Representative to join our growing agency.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospects, following up consistently, identifying insurance needs, and closing business.
Responsibilities
- Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life Insurance and other insurance products
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
- Cross-sell existing customers and identify additional insurance needs
- Generate and close Life Insurance opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records
- Meet measurable sales and activity goals
- Participate in training, coaching and role-play to continuously improve sales skills
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong quoting, objection-handling and closing skills
- Organized with excellent follow-through
- Ability to become appropriately licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania
Compensation
- $45,000–$50,000 annual base salary
- Plus commission and performance bonuses
- Strong producers can earn approximately $60,000–$85,000+ in total annual compensation
