"I can admit I didn't know exactly how car insurance operated, I went online every thing was virtually at my fingertips to do, somehow my agent was downstate in Queens NY when I'm upstate New York near Canada. I submitted an online request to switch my agent closer to home. I spoke with Cashaun who assured me that she'd put in the request. I did the request online myself. It's been weeks of them lying from it'll take 3-5 business days. That's online in writing per their policy then they switched to 3 weeks steady collecting payments for their office. It's a pity that just to keep getting a couple dollars that they are messing with my livelihood. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so be careful which office you pick to represent you insurance. All this because I needed an agent closer to home"

"Terrible service"

"Josh, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience, and I’d like to clarify a few points. Throughout our process, we encountered a couple of challenges that prevented us from finalizing your coverage as quickly as hoped. Specifically, the required home survey pictures were never uploaded to your account, which we needed to complete your coverage. We did attempt to upload the pictures for you through the application, but unfortunately, it wasn't accepted. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment structure. My team had informed you that the insurance policy required a three-month advance payment, but only one month was paid. Once the policy was issued, my team explained we could process the remaining payments, but without the full payment and necessary documentation, we were unable to proceed as planned. I understand the urgency from your bank, especially with your home closing approaching, and we did our best to assist you with the situation. Unfortunately, the delay occurred due to the missing pictures and incomplete payment. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and I appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. - Tony"

"Long story short I had my policy through another company but I didn’t feel very supported or informed. I met Tashanna Moore at State Farm and when I tell you she really took her time with me, answering all of my questions, she was not only very knowledgeable but professional and friendly! "On 2 /17/2025 I switched my bundled home, auto and umbrella insurance from Allstate to State Farm. I found my new insurance agent, Jessica Brown, to be not only knowledgeable regarding my specific needs, but thorough, diligent and organized. I found State Farm's insurance payment programs to be far more consumer friendly and responsive to my needs in retirement. "Dahlia is simply the best representation of a State Farm customer service professional. She took the time to contact me to follow up on an outstanding matter and worked diligently to bring closure. I literally had spoken to no less than 15 people, each never fully getting the job done, but somehow in less than 24 hrs. Dahlia did. I felt defeated and was just going to leave things as they were, but she provided the follow-up information and point of contact needed to save the day. She's simply the best.
